This stunning transformation of a 1930s home on Wellingborough Road showcases HC Design & Build’s full-service approach to modern renovation.

We completely stripped the property back to its shell and carried out a full renovation across both floors. Key structural changes included the removal of four internal walls, replaced with steel beams to open up the ground floor and create a bright, contemporary living space.

The project features four beautifully designed bathrooms, each tailored to the client’s taste, along with modernised bedrooms and living areas throughout.

We worked closely with the client from the design stage through to completion, ensuring their vision was brought to life with care, quality, and attention to detail.
