During our initial consultation, we will discuss your project and what you would like to achieve and your vision. We can help give advice on what is achievable within your budget, planning applications, permitted development and design. We can answer any questions you may have regarding the build and it gives us an opportunity to help you make sure you are achieving your objectives.

We offer a full detailed service for our clients and want to ensure you know exactly what is going on from week to week. At the start of the project, we will sit down with you to explain the process and schedule from start to finish. Throughout the project, we will give you updates weekly of what is going on on-site and who will be working, this will allow you to stay in the loop. Communication for us is key to a successful project.

During our initial consultation, we will be able to give you advice on whether you will need planning permission or not. Our specialist architects can help with the process and will make your project run as smoothly as possible.

These are a set of standards your project must meet. It ensures the building is compliant, energy-efficient, and most of all, safe. These standards apply to all new buildings, conversions, extensions and renovations both residentially and commercially. They cover things such as energy performance, protection against falls, electrical & gas safety, structural works, fire protection, accessibility and acoustic performance.

We do normally require a deposit to get the project up and running. We have tailored payment plans for each project that we will run through with you to ensure you know what work has been completed and what you are paying for.  We have contracts in place to protect you for your project.

Our job is to consider all of these factors, once we have agreed on all terms. Our health & safety representative will put all precautions in place to keep everyone safe. We will submit all COSH, Construction safety plans and RAMs before work commences to ensure H&S is a priority.

This is something you need to consider, such as site access, services and deliveries. We will speak with all neighbours who could be affected by the work to answer any of their worries and ensure we do all we can to keep everyone happy.

We handle changes to the project by sitting down and discussing with these with you.   We can talk through alternatives as well as cost differences to ensure we provide the best options to suit you and your budget and there are no unexpected costs.

We have public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance to cover us for all works we complete.

We accept all types of payment methods. At the beginning of the project, we will discuss schedule and timescale with you. We have contracts in place with our clients to keep every party happy and covered. We then will talk through your payment plan throughout the project which will be tailored to you.

We normally ask for a small deposit before work commences to secure materials and then after this, we will look to make monthly application based on the work completed. You will be given a full breakdown and timeline for the payment structure throughout so there are no hidden scares.
